First Stop Cosplay Affiliate Program Overview

      1. Introduction
      • This page constitutes an overview of the First Stop Cosplay Affiliate Program (“Program”) which allows Affiliates rewards for successful referrals to our products. The program is governed by separate, individualized Agreements.
      1. Eligibility and Enrollment
      • To enroll in the Program, you must complete and submit the online application. Acceptance into the Program is at the sole discretion of the Company, and we may reject any application for any reason.
      • The Program is open to individuals and entities that operate a website, blog, social media account, or other online property, as an entity or as an individual, that aligns with the Company's brand and marketing objectives.
      1. Affiliate Responsibilities
      • As an Affiliate, you agree to promote the Company's products and services in a manner that is ethical, professional, and in accordance with all applicable local laws of the County of Orange, California.
      • Active Affiliates will disclose their relationship with the Program clearly and conspicuously where appropriate (content descriptions, post captions, website, etc.), and/or use the term ‘Paid link’ on the Affiliate link. For a more detailed description of FTC affiliate disclosure requirements, please visit: HERE.
      • You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and appropriateness of any content on your site that is associated with First Stop Cosplay. This includes ensuring that content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, or contain any offensive or illegal materials.
      • Content or communications issued by the Affiliate will not contain profanity or language that may be interpreted as ‘violent’ or inappropriate in nature.
      1. Affiliate Links
      • Upon acceptance into the Program, you will be provided with a unique affiliate link or code that will enable tracking of any sales of First Stop Cosplay products generated through your efforts, communications, or promotions. It is your responsibility to ensure that the links are properly integrated into your site and that any assigned affiliate codes are not shared in an inappropriate manner.
      • It is through these unique links or codes that sales are appropriately attributed to an Affiliate’s efforts and that commission payouts are based upon. These codes may also provide customers with a discount during checkout at the First Stop Cosplay online store. It is up to the Affiliate to remain current on the discount amount associated with this link or code.
      • The Company is not responsible for any failure by you to correctly implement, monitor, or utilize the provided affiliate links or affiliate codes, which may result in loss of commissions.
      • Affiliate hyperlinks and codes may not be ‘spammed’ or sent via unsolicited messages. This includes, but is not limited to, ‘cold-calls’, mass email messages, social media messages sent en masse. Should any Affiliate Codes/Hyperlinks be made available through a third party discount website (i.e. CouponCabin, RetailMeNot, etc.), this code/hyperlink will be deactivated at the Company’s discretion. It is the responsibility of the Affiliate to request issuance of a new code/hyperlink. Affiliates whose codes/hyperlinks are found on these websites may also be removed from the Affiliate program, or have their participation in the program limited.
      1. Commission and Payment
      • Affiliates are eligible to earn commissions on sales of eligible products that are directly referred through the affiliate links.
      • The commission rate, payment schedule, and other details regarding commissions are determined by the Company and may be subject to change at any time.
      • Payments will be made to Affiliates based on the agreed-upon schedule, provided the Affiliate has met the minimum payout threshold as determined by the Company.
      • This payout schedule and commission rate will be outlined in a separate First Stop Cosplay Affiliate Contract that is provided once an application has been accepted, standards and guidelines set out by the FTC
      1. Termination
      • Either party may end their Affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
      • Upon termination, the Affiliate must immediately remove all affiliate links and mention of the Company included in any online descriptions or accounts (website, social media accounts, etc.), and cease promoting First Stop Cosplay's products and services.
      • Any outstanding commissions owed to the Affiliate will be paid out according to the regular payment schedule, provided the Affiliate is in compliance with these Terms at the time of termination.
      1. Confidentiality
      • Affiliates agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information provided by First Stop Cosplay during the course of the Program. This includes, but is not limited to, details about the Company's products, marketing strategies, and commission structures.
